CRM consulting from the freelancer who also builds.
You talk directly to me: Joshua, CRM consultant and developer. I audit your existing CRM, compare systems for selection or guide your migration to HubSpot. No account manager, no agency overhead.
What a freelance CRM consultant does differently
At an agency, the senior runs the sales call and a rotating team does the work. With me, that split does not exist: the person who analyzes your CRM also builds the workflows, migrates the data and answers your questions. That shortens alignment and saves the overhead you pay for at an agency.
My focus is HubSpot, but the consulting itself is tool-neutral: if Pipedrive or another system fits your processes better, I will tell you. How HubSpot-specific consulting works in detail is covered in the HubSpot consulting guide.
Tell me briefly which CRM you use and where it hurts. I will tell you honestly whether consulting is worth it - or whether an audit is enough.
The usual entry point: a CRM audit from €2,500
Most projects do not start with a new system but with taking stock. In the CRM audit I check what actually happens in your setup: from data quality and workflows to the question of whether your team really uses the CRM or works around it. You get a report with specific weak points and prioritized actions - not slides, but a working basis.
What an audit covers in detail and how to prepare for it is in the CRM audit guide.
What the CRM audit covers
- Data quality and property structure
- Lifecycle stages and lead status
- Workflows and automations
- Integrations and interfaces
- Team adoption
Three ways to work with me
Prices are reference values. What your case costs is clarified in the initial call - binding, before anything starts.
- Current-state analysis of data quality and property structure
- Workflow, integration and adoption check
- Report with weak points and prioritized actions
- Requirements matrix built from your processes
- Comparison of HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce with scoring
- CRM strategy and roadmap with priorities
- Property mapping from the old system to HubSpot
- Migration of contacts, deals and activities without data loss
- Test and validation plan before cutover
How the CRM consulting works
From taking stock to the roadmap - structured, no never-ending project.
Free, 15 to 20 minutes. We clarify where you stand, what your goal is, and whether consulting is the right next step at all.
For an existing CRM I review setup, data and processes. For a new system I gather and document your requirements.
HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce? I compare the systems against your criteria with scoring and explain the recommendation.
Processes, data model, automation potential. After 2 to 4 weeks you have a prioritized implementation plan.
You receive all deliverables and decide: your team implements internally, or I take over the implementation.
If HubSpot is the choice, I can also take over the HubSpot implementation. If a system change is ahead, the typical pitfalls are covered in the CRM migration guide.
